Abstract submissions are due by 15 September 2026.

Committee Reviewer notification before 30 October 2026.
Full paper submission and payment are due by 30 October 2026.
Abstracts should be between 250 - 300 words.
Full papers should be between 4,000 - 6,000 words.
Papers must be written in English.
All submissions must be original, unpublished and not under consideration elsewhere. The plagiarism similarity index must not exceed 20%, and AI-generated content similarity must not exceed 20%.
Use APA referencing style.
Submissions will undergo peer review and editorial evaluation.
Publication opportunities
Selected papers will be considered for publication.

Optional SCOPUS publication
SCOPUS publication is available only to authors who opt in. The conference collects no upfront publication fee. Any applicable fee, estimated at USD 500-2,000, is paid directly to SCOPUS upon completion of the journal publication process.
