Abstract submissions open

Abstract submissions will be accepted from 1 July 2026.

Acceptance notification

Authors will be notified within two weeks after abstract submission.

Full paper deadline

Full paper submission is due before 30 October 2026.

Abstract length

Abstracts should be between 250 - 300 words.

Full paper length

Full papers should be between 4,000 - 6,000 words.

Language

Papers must be written in English.

Original work only

All submissions must be original, unpublished and not under consideration elsewhere.

Referencing style

Use APA referencing style.

Review process

Submissions will undergo peer review and editorial evaluation.

Publication opportunities

Selected papers will be considered for publication.

All submissions will be reviewed before publication consideration.

MyCITE-indexed publication

Selected papers may be considered for MyCITE-indexed publication opportunities.

AiSED Conference Proceedings

Selected papers may be included in AiSED Conference Proceedings, subject to review and editorial evaluation.
